JEWELRY CRAFTMANSHIP
Our jewelry is designed by Ivonne Hercia, who personally and meticulously hand-selects the pearls and most of the precious stones used. Skilled goldsmiths from Europe and the USA craft the final pieces based on Ivonne Hercia’s designs, adhering to the highest quality standards. Each piece is thoroughly inspected by Ivonne Hercia before being offered for sale.
The chains sold by Ivonne Hercia are mainly manufactured in Italy and Germany, the industry’s best chain producers.
JEWELRY AVAILABILITY
Every piece of Ivonne Hercia jewelry is unique. While collections may feature similar items, each piece is distinct.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive for the utmost accuracy. However, due to the unique nature of pearls and our products, we cannot guarantee the precision of product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, availability, materials, or other information on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if any information is found to be incorrect.
PRODUCT IMAGE, COLORS
We take great effort to accurately display the colors of the products you see on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will be accurate as the same image is visualized differently in different monitors. Many factors are beyond our control.

Purchasing as a registered client: Creating an account on our website is easy. We’ll only ask for information that will help make your shopping experience easier. In your account, you can access your previous orders and amend your details when you need to.

Purchasing as a guest client: The website also allows for purchases through the guest purchase functionality. No registration is required for it.

CUSTOM JEWELRY
We are delighted to craft custom jewelry tailored to your specifications. A design fee may apply. Full payment is required to confirm all special orders. Please note that all custom orders are final sale.

PAYMENT
Ivonne Hercia provides STRIPE as the option to pay for your purchases with debit/credit cards. We do not store your card information.
Ivonne Hercia also accepts payments via ZELLE transfer.
You agree to pay in full the price for any purchases you make either by credit, debit card, or other authorized payment method concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to Ivonne Hercia.
You are required to provide us with current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of our products. You are expected to promptly update your account and other information, including, but not limited to your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, to facilitate the completion of your transactions and enable us to contact you as needed. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, use another person’s username, password, bank account, or other account information, or another person’s name or likeness, or provide false details for a parent or guardian.
You agree to pay all applicable sales and use taxes. Payment is due at the purchase time, or after agreement of the creation of custom jewelry.
We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of your order, without notice and at our discretion, and you will only be charged for quantities shipped. If we cancel any order after your credit card has been charged, we will promptly issue a credit to your account in the amount charged.
TAXES
Ivonne Hercia collects sale taxes on jewelry sold in or shipped to the State of Florida, USA.
Clients outside the State of Florida, USA, may be responsible for paying sales/use tax in their own state or country.
TRADEMARKS
Ivonne Hercia® is an internationally registered trademark brand, protected by the related laws.
The use of the brand Ivonne Hercia is forbidden without our written permission. Misuse of Ivonne Hercia’s trademarks is strictly prohibited.
WARRANTY
Most Ivonne Hercia pearl jewelry is sold with an Ivonne Hercia Pearl Certificate, created based on GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Pearl Description System.
If any issue appears related to your Ivonne Hercia jewelry, please contact us immediately to understand the problem and find a solution for it.
SHIPPING
Currently standard shipping in the USA is a complementary service. We are happy to discuss other shipping options.
We ship jewelry via USPS to most zip codes. We cover basic insurance, and a signature is required at the time of receiving the package.
Most items will ship within three-for business days of receipt of order and payment. If you need an item to ship sooner than our three-four days window, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate specific needs. In that case, you will need to cover the shipment fees.
We do not ship the jewelry to hotels, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please, contact us about international shipment. We are working on the possible options.
TRACKING A SHIPMENT
We will email you the tracking number of your shipment once it is available to us.
You can check the status of your order singing on to your Ivonne Hercia’s account and checking your specific order under VIEW YOUR ORDERS menu option.
You can check the status of your using the ORDER TRACKING option. No registered account is required to use this option.
REPAIR, SERVICES
We pay special attention to the designs and the quality of our jewelry. If you have any issue related to the jewelry bought on our website, please contact us immediately so we can understand the problem and find a solution.
If you purchased our jewelry at one of our partner stores, you could contact them or us directly to help you to address the issue.
RETURNS
Ivonne Hercia jewelry cannot be returned for a refund. However, we offer in-house credit in the full amount of your purchase, less shipping costs, if you are unhappy with your purchase.
All products must be returned with the original receipt, in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, and tags intact. Ivonne Hercia will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or if it has been used or altered in any way.
Ivonne Hercia reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions specified above.
To return any jewelry purchased from Ivonne Hercia via the website, you must contact Ivonne Hercia by sending an email to info@ivonnehercia.com requesting a return. We will contact you and make a preliminary assessment of the return to confirm if all return conditions appear to be met (i.e., unused product in its original condition).
You will be informed by email when the jewelry has been received by Ivonne Hercia. Following receipt and once Ivonne Hercia has confirmed that all of the return conditions specified above have been met, we will credit the purchase value to your account.
The cost of the return shipment must be covered by you.
